Frequently Asked Questions

We have a combination of tactics we use to obtain lists. Many events will share the previous year’s list of companies that attended the event. A large percent of companies will attend the same conferences year after year. We then take the company data and import the list into a database and ask the database to find associated contacts at the companies with specific job titles that meet our target audience. In addition to this tactic we also work with a list vendor that obtains lists for most conferences.

We are agonistic when it comes to CRM systems. So whatever CRM system your company uses we can work with. If you do not have a CRM system, we can set one up for you. We work most with Hubspot.

We have experience in many industries.  As long as there is a B2B sales opportunity we can work with your company. Some industries that we work and have worked with over the years: Insurance, Insuretech, Mortgage and Real Estate, ECommerce, Automotive Manufacturing, Software Development, Social Impact and Non Profit, Management Consulting.

This depends on how many prospective attendees we can get contact information for before the event.  We aim to have 3-5 meetings PER DAY scheduled before you arrive at the event.

Our tech stack involves using Apollo for lead searching, Leadmagic and Email List Validation for validating email data, Namecheap for hosting alternate domains, Google for setting up alternate email accounts, Smartlead for cold email sending. There are situations where we use LinkedIn and Expandi for LinkedIn outreach.
